What they areA law firm in Iraq active since 1981, with offices in Baghdad, Erbil, Sulaymaniyah and Anbar. Corporate structuring, regulatory work, oil and gas licensing rounds, and litigation before Iraqi courts and arbitral tribunals.
How we work togetherWe refer matters to each other across the Cyprus/EU and Iraq corridor. They cover the Iraqi side for my clients, I cover Cyprus and the EU for theirs, and we occasionally write together on cross-border topics.
What they areAn electronic money institution regulated by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 900413), with named corporate and personal accounts, multi-currency IBANs and escrow services.
How we work togetherI act as an independent introducer for account applications. I put together the ownership chart, the business narrative and the source-of-funds documentation, and certify the identification myself as a registered lawyer.
What they areA Cyprus company, wholly owned by Lou Capital Technologies LLC in Wyoming, working in custom software development, IT consulting, AI, cybersecurity and IP management.
How we work togetherI act as its legal representative, director and secretary in Cyprus, handle its corporate governance, and advise on software contracts, IP protection and the structure between Cyprus and the US.
What they areA cloud infrastructure and managed hosting provider, running data centres in London, New York, Frankfurt and Singapore, certified to ISO 9001 and SOC 2 Type II.
How we work togetherMassiveGRID hosts the office’s servers and provides ongoing technical support and cyber-security cover for the practice’s own systems.
What they areA Cyprus company building automation and AI tools that cut down manual document handling and administrative work for businesses.
How we work togetherModulON automates parts of the office’s own document handling and administrative workflow. In return, I act as its external legal counsel on business and software matters, including contracts and IP.

S&S Econstar Ltd · CyprusWhat they areNicos Strouthos FCCA leads S&S Econstar Ltd, a Cyprus accounting and audit firm. He previously held senior roles at Grant Thornton, KPMG Cyprus and the EXSUS group, and the firm covers accounting, tax, payroll and audit work.
How we work togetherOn Cyprus company formations, I handle the legal side and Nicos handles the accounting, tax registration and ongoing bookkeeping, including IP box and notional interest deduction planning where it applies.

How we work togetherI write regularly for DataGuidance on Cyprus data protection law, and the relationship gives the office access to OneTrust’s own legal research libraries and regulatory tools.
What they areSebastian Bakun leads Bakun Group Ltd and its Bakun Intelligence division, working across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. The division traces people and assets and runs background checks; the wider group also advises on security, luxury real estate, yachting, private aviation and hospitality.
How we work togetherBakun Intelligence carries out the fieldwork on my asset tracing and missing persons matters, and supports due diligence checks, all to my instruction and under my supervision, so the findings reach court in a form it will accept.
What they areThe company behind Global Law Experts, an accreditation and referral network connecting lawyers in more than 140 countries.
How we work togetherI’m the network’s accredited Litigation lawyer for Cyprus, GOLD tier. I use the network to find the right lawyer abroad when a matter needs one, and to publish guides on Cyprus procedure.
What they areAn electronic money institution licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, offering IBAN payment accounts to companies registered in Cyprus, the EU and beyond.
