Fast Track processing
Opting for Fast Track increases filing and certificate charges. As a rule of thumb, the cumulative government fees for a basic setup are €224 (standard) or €384 (Fast Track).Whether the extra €160 is worth it depends on how quickly you need the company operational.
Language of the MAA (Memorandum & Articles of Association)
Core requirement. The legally binding MAA is in Greek and must be filed in Greek under the Companies Law (Cap. 113).Registrar guidance requires the memorandum and articles, duly signed, in the Greek language for the proposed company type.
